Dwayne began drawing up plays for his middle school Pop Warner team and has not stopped coaching, developing athletes, and running events since. He has coached many youth sports, including Football, Basketball, Soccer, Ski Racing, Tennis, and Boys & Girls Lacrosse. He founded DEWLAX, a lacrosse education company in New Jersey, which provides clinics, team training, tournament teams, and recruiting services for youth and high school players. He runs both tournaments and recruiting events throughout the state of NJ. Double goal coaching is a staple for and requirement for all of our coaching staff.
 
Since college, Dwayne has worked as a Sales & Marketing executive in packaged goods, media companies like Time Inc., and ESPN. He trains salespeople in the craft.
